Tarcutta: Truck Stop!
Truckies have been stopping at Tarcutta (half-way point on the Hume Highway between Melbourne and Sydney) since the 1930′s. I spent a night at this famous truck stop to witness the activity, the camaraderie and mate-ship.
This is a glimpse into the life of the truckies, the men and women who carry the nation’s belongings throughout the small hours of the night.
